COE Partners

The Grants Center of Excellence (COE) has steadily increased the number of agencies that are partnering for COE grants management system services, since 2004 when three HHS agencies (the Administration on Aging, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare, and the Indian Health Service) became the first COE Partners. Every year, additional agencies have become COE Partners, and as of July 2008 there are now 16 partners, representing a mix of small and large agencies and highly diverse grant programs.
