GATES, OLDC, and ERS Help Desk

The Custom Application Support and Training help desk is available Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST. Call 1.866.577.0771 or direct an email to app_support@acf.hhs.gov for assistance or questions pertaining to Grants Administration, Tracking & Evaluation System (GATES), OnLine Data Collection (OLDC), and the Enterprise Reporting System (ERS). For those in the Washington area, the local number is 202.401.5282.
